We are currently accepting applications for all positions and specifically hiring for the following:

Laborer: Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
  • Must be proficient in using a variety of hand tools (shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, etc.) 
  • Must be mechanical in nature and have general knowledge of how to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and the ability to continuously perform heavy lifting, climbing, walking, etc
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality. CDL B preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor daily (lift/carry minimum 50 lbs)

Pipe Layer: Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
  • Pipe Laying (Water Main, Sanitary Sewer & Storm Sewer)
  • Operating Hand Tools (shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.)
  • Operating Power Tools (drills, saws, tap machines, compactors, etc.)
  • Limited operation of Heavy Equipment as needed (Roller, Skid-steer, Screen)
  • Ability to set up and understand top lasers/pipe lasers/slope lasers
  • Trench Digging
  • Grade Checking
  • Load and Unload equipment and materials
  • General maintenance of equipment used
  • General clean-up of job sites
  • Ability to perform physical labor daily (lift/carry minimum 50 lbs)
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality. CDL A preferred but not required

Yard Attendant Position:  Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
The yard attendant position is a multi-faceted, fast paced position with a variety of duties that differ from day to day. Some, but not all, duties are listed below:
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally & courteously 
  • Load Customers vehicles/trailers with material 
  • Unload materials and equipment 
  • General clean-up and maintenance of shop, yard & east yard (mowing lawn, weedwacking, putting away pipe and fittings, cleaning under scale, cleaning shop office & restroom, sweeping asphalt, etc.)
  • Ability to assist on projects as needed or to haul materials to/from a jobsite.
  • Fuel & Grease Pit Loaders on a routine schedule
  • Operating Hand Tools as needed (shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.)
  • Operating Power Tools as needed (drills, saws, compactors, etc.)
  • Operation and maintenance of Heavy Equipment as needed (Loader, Skid-steer, Screen, Sweepers, etc.)
  • Applicant must be a self-starter, able to work independently, motivated, able to take direction, have good attendance and punctuality. Must have a valid driver’s license. CDL A preferred but not required
  • Must be mechanical in nature and have general knowledge of how to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and the ability to continuously perform heavy lifting, climbing, walking, etc
  • Ability to perform physical labor daily (lift/carry minimum 50 lbs)

Heavy Equipment Operator:  Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
  • Must be proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment (bulldozers, rollers, skid-steers, excavators, loaders, etc.) 
  • Must have general knowledge of grades, the ability to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and to perform general labor as needed
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality. 
  • CDL A preferred
  • 5 years previous experience in operating preferred

Truck Driver:   Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
  • Must have a CDL A with the minimum of 3 years of experience driving truck preferably in an excavation / logging setting 
  • Must have a clean driving record. 
  • This position could include but is not limited to tandem axle trucks, triaxle trucks, lads, lowboys, and tankers
  • Dumping experience is preferred. 
  • Experience with loading yourself with a loader is preferred. 
  • The ability to perform general labor at times is necessary. 
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality.

Landscape Operator:  Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
  • Applicant must have eye for detail and have the ability to do quality finish work.  Applicant must be a team leader, have good attendance, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable towing a trailer.  
  • Applicant must have experience operating skid-steers, mini excavators, tractors, and implements (seeders, augers, gills, tillers, etc).  
  • Applicant must also be proficient in building rock and block retaining walls and laying edging and pavers.
  • Chauffeurs license is required - CDL B or A is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance
  • Competent in the use hand tools and equipment
  • Ability to perform physical labor daily (lift/carry minimum 50 lbs)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and team work skills necessary

Landscaper:  Now Hiring as needed for 2024 season
  • Must be proficient in using a variety of hand tools (shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, etc.) 
  • Must be mechanical in nature and have general knowledge of how to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and the ability to continuously perform heavy lifting, climbing, walking, etc.
  • Small equipment knowledge a plus (skid-steers, tractors, etc.) 
  • Must have eye for detail and have the ability to do finish work
  • Ability to perform physical labor daily (lift/carry minimum 50 lbs)
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality.
  • CDL A preferred but not required

All of the positions listed above must pass pre-employment physical and drug test. All employees subject to quarterly random testing as well.  All positions are full-time seasonal unless otherwise stated. Ability to work long hours is a must; 5-6 days a week starting in the spring. Proper PPE is required at all times.
